With four very distinct settings to offer your group, you will find just what you need here. Storm Mountain Center is ready for your group and in easy reach -- just 15 minutes from Rapid City, 15 minutes to Mount Rushmore and really no more than an hour from anything in the wonderful Black Hills of South Dakota.

The Marjorie Joy Welcome Center & Office

This is the first building you'll see as you enter camp. Step inside to meet our staff or use the meeting space for your group's registration! If you were here a few years back did you stay in this cabin when it was called "Red Cross Cabin" and had 26 beds inside?
Gist Lodge

Our newest lodge is up and running and is a beautiful addition to Storm Mountain. This wonderful place gives your group a chance to enjoy the quiet surroundings while sitting and rocking on the deck. With 32 beds in 6 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms and 2 wood burning fireplaces, this is the perfect place apart to enjoy the Black Hills.
Sander Lodge

Finished in 2009, Sander Lodge has 32 beds in four bedrooms and a large meeting room perfect for a family reunion or a company outing. A coffee counter (including refrigerator) and wood burning fireplace complete the lodge.
Allison Hall

Allison Hall houses our dining room, three great meeting rooms, a fun game room and a large open deck. The 3rd floor -- added to the building to house crewmembers for the movie "Dances With Wolves" -- has 11 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate 60+ people. March '15 we wll remodel two of the bathrooms giving them a fresh new look. A wood burning fireplace is being added to the Whitney meeting room replacing the gas stove. Enjoy your morning coffee from one of the balconies while you watch the sun light up Storm Mountain.
Utah, Montana, & Tupper Inn

Located by the welcome center in the main camp, Utah and Montana cabins offer space for large groups. Utah cabin has beds for 32 and two bathrooms. Montana cabin has beds for 26 and a large bathroom.

The newest addition, Tupper Inn, has a bedroom with five beds and a meeting room with a fireplace and coffee counter. The inn is perfect for a family needing a little extra space for games, or for a group leader wanting to stay amongst the crowd and still have a meeting space for their counselors.
Creekside Cabins

Our most rustic options are along Spring Creek, a short walk from the main camp. These four cabins each sleep 8 and have a deck out front. There is no electricity or plumbing down here. A truly enjoyable place to get away for a night, a weekend or an entire week to escape the hustle and bustle of your everyday life.
